Water and Electrical: All prices will be decided on each individual case by the SJC Fair Association.

Non- Profit Organizations: A non profit organization may be allowed a 50% discount at the discretion of the SJC Fair Association.

Insurance Requirements: A million dollar liability policy is required for all rentals.  The policy must show the SJC Fair association as                                           the additional insured.

Payment of Rental Fees: All fees should be paid within 48 hours of renting the facilities in the form of cashiers check, cash or money                                          order.  No personal checks will be accepted. 

Cancellation: Cancellation of a facility rental must be made one week prior to the date booked to receive reimbursement fee which is                        ½ of the above rental rates.

Security: You will be required to provide your own security for each event.
