ALL VEHICLES REMOVED FROM COOK AREA BY 8:30 PM

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2020

BLOODY MARY TURN IN AT 9:00 AM

BEANS TURN IN AT 11:00 AM

OPEN TURN IN AT 11:30 AM

CHICKEN TURN IN AT 12:00 NOON

RIBS TURN IN AT 12:30 PM

BRISKET TURN IN AT 1:30 PM

AWARDS CEREMONY SHOW BARN AT 3:00 PM

 

 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2020

ALL AREAS MUST BE CLEANED, PACKED UP, AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES REMOVED BY 12:00 NOON. FAILURE TO CLEAN UP SITE WILL RESULT IN A $50 PENALTY.
