ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ALL POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS MUST BE REGISTERED.
  1. Sign in by choosing 1 of the following options:
    1. ​EXHIBITOR - Register and pay for each exhibitor separately.
    2. QUICK GROUP - Create a group name then register each child and check out in 1 cart. 
    3. PASSPORT- This is for those of you who show at the bigger shows too. It will store exhibitor information, but only for one year.
  2. Add exhibitors and their entries. ALL POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS MUST BE REGISTERED 
  3. Pay or Save your cart for later- IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, DO NOT PAY! SAVE YOUR CART AND CONTACT YOUR FFA/4H LEADER OR A BOARD MEMBER.
ALL CARTS MUST BE PAID BY THE DEADLINE!   NO REFUNDS

Frequent Issues/Questions--Please, Please, PLEASE READ!
This would not be here if it wasn't an issue every year!

  1. EVERYONE must sign up as a new exhibitor every year.  Showorks will not save your information from previous years.
  2. Please pay close attention when entering exhibitor's date of birth. This seems to be an issue every year.
  3. When registering, please use the mailing address where you want your checks mailed!
  4. We must collect W9 information and send out 1099s to be in compliance with the IRS. Use the exhibitor's name with the exhibitor's social security number. We will hold checks if not done correctly, so please do not proceed without the exhibitor's information in hand. Showorks will not allow you to return to correct or add W9 information.
  5. Jr. exhibitors must be in Kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade in September 2024.  If the exhibitor is 3rd grade or older, they must register in the senior division.
  6. Exhibitors must be at least 5 years old by September 1, 2024.
  7. Steers and Replacement Heifers- If you want to validate more than 1, purchase an additional animal tag. We will record DOB and weight for extra at validation. 
  8. Family Tags are intended to be used for the same species. We will allow exhibitors to family tag to a species that is registered to another family member; however, we must be informed at validation time. In other words, at check-in time if child is requesting to show a species they are not registered for, they may NOT show that species (regardless of being family tagged). 
  9. Additional Animal Tags- This allows you to tag additional animals (of the same species) for $10 each and then choose which ones to bring and show at fair time.
  10. Chickens- Because every exhibitor showing chickens MUST purchase a minimum of 1 box of 25 chicks, we INCLUDE 1 box of chicks to the initial registration fee. Each exhibitor registering to show poultry will be charged $64 ($20 reg. fee plus $44 for one box of chicks).   ADDITIONAL BOXES of chicks may be purchased on step 3 "items".

It is important that you use the correct social security number when filling out the W9.  It is kept in a secure vault within Showorks and we are unable to change it. We are unable to mail checks to exhibitors with incorrect W9s.
